He is a husband, father, and grandfather who also serves as a pastor, focusing on the spiritual well-being of the congregation, and others in the communities who call upon him because of his role. This man of God is such a gift to the body of Christ and beyond the walls of the local church as he touches the lives of others in the community, and wherever he goes.
Pastor Sherman Walker is the Senior Pastor of the Mount Moriah Seattle Church and brings to his position as an established Spiritual Leader, and trusted advisor, with 42 years of experience, and a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, licenses and certifications, as well as certificates of appreciation from developing leaders, to serving the most vulnerable of populations. He is an experienced medical laboratory professional of 40 years, and one of Washington State’s medical instructors for 30 years, teaching at three of King County’s Community Colleges, and the founding director of a mobile phlebotomy business. Pastor Walker is a highly motivated individual, and instills confidence in others regarding their own abilities, which enables them to embrace changes easier, and to make good life and business decisions.
