EL-Fatih Paul Nowell is CEO and Chairman of the Board of both the Angela Elaine Nowell Foundation and 4th Quarter Strategies for Life. He is a visionary leader that loves to serve people and God. He enjoys making life better for all people by coming up with innovative solutions to perplexing problems that burden our world. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering/Information Technology and took Pre-Med and Pharmacology courses. He is a Scholastic All-American and a member of the Epsilon Pi Tau Honor Society.
He is the founder of a health products company that did business in multiple states. This successful business was just the beginning of his many accomplishments. Later, he served as an Education Manager/Teacher who managed multiple campuses where he generated school curriculum and implemented appropriate testing. He also trained other educators and recruited students who were interested in technology. Paul was also responsible for growing the sales of a successful financial software company. As Vice President Director of Sales and Marketing, he conducted seminars that included financial awareness, tax savings, debt elimination, and how to acquire a mortgage. Our youth are also of great concern for him. As a motivational speaker, he encourages them to stay focused, get their education, and live a good life doing things God’s way.
Paul’s family is from Ethiopia and were among the first African-American families to establish and build the town of Allensworth, California. He loves his culture, heritage, and teaches African history. This is why he is actively serving in local church ministry and helping people realize their full potential as they live in the blessings of our Almighty Creator. EL-Fatih Paul Nowell and Angela Elaine Nowell were married for 29 years until Angela transitioned to heaven.
